Philadelphia’s Hero, Film and Film mentor Joey Heier

Mentor Joey Heier of Crystal Clear studios in Philadelphia has been glorified by his apprentices (or as he calls them “his boys”) as, “The best mentor around!” and “A wonderful man.”
Joey is currently teaching his Film apprentices some cool new mixing techniques, as well as new lighting techniques for his Film students. He is also helping to coordinate a project advocating literacy at the African American Museum next Friday.
Robert Ellis praises his mentor: “I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me, he’s an amazing guy.”
“I plan to move to Philly so I can continue our friendship,” says Nick Miller.
